Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in HR administration tasks such as recruitment documentation, employee attendance monitoring, and compliance reporting.
  • Accurately prepare and process employee payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and adjustments.
  • Support general affairs functions, including office supply management, employee mob-demob and event coordination.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of local labor regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Willing to be placed in our jobsite at North Kalimantan, with roster based
