Job Responsibilities
- Assist in HR administration tasks such as recruitment documentation, employee attendance monitoring, and compliance reporting.
- Accurately prepare and process employee payroll, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions, benefits, and adjustments.
- Support general affairs functions, including office supply management, employee mob-demob and event coordination.
Job Requirements
- Diploma’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local labor regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS is a plus.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willing to be placed in our jobsite at North Kalimantan, with roster based
