Job Responsibilities
- Conduct HSE talks across all Kaltara projects according to the established schedule, attended by all employees and business partners.
- Perform tasks in compliance with occupational health and safety (K3) standards, electrical safety standards (K2), and housekeeping programs.
- Implement continuous improvement programs.
- Monitor, inspect, maintain, and procure pollution prevention equipment (air, noise, solid, and liquid waste).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports related to job responsibilities.
- Develop and implement programs to prevent environmental impacts.
- Conduct awareness sessions on environmental management and monitoring for both internal teams and external business partners.
- Create, review, and update environmental regulations, documents, and procedures.
- Ensure effective communication through meetings, training, promotions, and other channels.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Must hold certifications related to operational control/pollution management for air, water, and hazardous waste (B3).
- Strong knowledge of Environmental System Management.
- At least 4 years of experience as an Environment Supervisor in a Power Plant (PLTU), Smelter, Construction, or EPC Contractor setting.
- Ability to work in a team and escalate issues arising in the field.
- Willing to be placed to our job site in Bulungan, North Kalimantan, under a roster system.
