Job Responsibilities
- Conduct HSE talks at all Kaltara Projects as per the established schedule, attended by all employees and work partners.
- Perform work in accordance with the established safety, health, and environmental (K3) standards, safety standards for energy (K2), and housekeeping programs.
- Implement continuous improvement programs.
- Monitor, inspect, maintain, and procure pollution prevention equipment (for air, noise, solids, liquids) as required.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports related to the work activities.
- Develop and execute programs to prevent environmental impacts.
- Conduct socialization regarding environmental management and monitoring for both internal company personnel and external partners.
- Review, update, and maintain environmental regulations, documents, and procedures.
- Ensure smooth communication (meetings, training, promotions, etc.) throughout the project.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) from a reputable university with majors in Environmental Engineering and Chemical Engineering.
- Must have certifications related to Operations/Pollution Control for Air, Water, and Hazardous Waste (B3).
- Must be knowledgeable in Environmental System Management.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as an environmental staff member in settings such as a power plant (PLTU), smelter, construction project, or EPC contractor.
- Possess the ability to work as part of a team and escalate issues that arise in the field.
- Willing to be placed at jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan under a roster system.
