Job Responsibilities
- Collecting data on areas and activities that require stricter supervision with the aim of providing recommendations to the relevant departments regarding work procedures, the use of detection tools, and personal protective equipment.
- Carrying out commissioning and re-commissioning activities for vehicles (A2B, DT, Bus, LV, etc.), equipment, and buildings (offices, workshops, etc.) to ensure operational safety.
- Collecting data and documenting every accident or hazardous event, including information on incidents preceding the accident and the causes, so that they can be further analyzed and help prevent future accidents.
- Conducting inspections and observations and preparing reports that contain information on findings regarding non-compliance throughout all work areas.
- Collecting records of technical review findings to serve as recommendations related to operational safety.
- Carrying out investigations in the event of a workplace accident or non-compliance with the HSES management system.
- Preparing and reviewing HSE documents (Procedures, Work Instructions, Standards, JSA & RA).
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from reputable universities majoring in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or other Engineering fields.
- Must have certifications as a General Occupational Safety Expert and as a Junior Construction Safety Expert.
- Certificates for Scaffolding Inspection and Gas Detector Assessor will be an advantage.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a supervisor in a Construction or EPC Contractor setting.
- Able to handle a team effectively.
- Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan under a roster system.
