Job Responsibilities
- Building relationships with the community and community leaders to listen to grievances or social issues arising from ongoing projects.
- Documenting these grievances for reporting purposes.
- Collaborating with superiors in conducting social studies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Social Management or Social Investment
- Previous experience in rural areas and community development projects.
- Prior experience in the energy and sustainability sector is a valuable asset.
- Strong relationships with community leaders and local government officials are advantageous.
- Knowledge of local dialects (Lundayeh and Punan) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, as well as photography and videography skills, are considered additional strengths.
- Willing to be placed in Malinau - North Kalimantan (Non Roster)
