Job Responsibilities
- Conduct safety talks across all Kaltara projects according to the established schedule, ensuring participation from all employees and business partners.
- Gather data on areas and activities requiring stricter supervision to provide recommendations to relevant departments regarding work procedures, use of detection tools, and personal protective equipment.
- Verify worker induction application data and oversee the implementation of worker induction programs.
- Review commissioning application data for equipment and coordinate with the designated PIC regarding the commissioning process.
- Ensure proper documentation of HSES Management System implementation, reporting, and prepare necessary data for audits or requests from supervisors or management.
- Disseminate updates to HSES documents both internally within the company and externally to business partners.
- Ensure effective HSES communication through meetings, training sessions, HSES promotions, and other related activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma from a reputable university in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or other Engineering fields.
- Holds General HSE Expert Certification; certifications such as Junior HSE Expert in Construction, SMK3 Auditor, or Intermediate Incident Investigation are considered an advantage.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the HSE system field as a Staff (Foreman).
- Willing to be placed at the job site in North Kalimantan
