Job Responsibilities
- Understand the processes of Occupational Health Services.
- Familiar with emergency management protocols.
- Capable of handling Emergency Response situations (such as Confined Space Rescue, Work at Height Rescue, Water Rescue, etc.).
- Skilled in developing work programs, schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Comprehend the Four Pillars of Health (Promotive, Preventive, Curative, Rehabilitative).
- Familiar with the Health and Industrial Hygiene program cycle (AREP).
- Understand the processes and be capable of conducting workplace environment measurements and monitoring.
- Able to deliver training related to Occupational Health, Workplace Environment, and Emergency Response Training (ERT).
Job Requirements
- Diploma from a reputable institution, majoring in Nursing.
- Must hold certifications related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Environment Specialist, Fire Safety Specialist, Rescue, BTCLS, and Occupational Health (Hiperkes).
- Experience as a Paramedic in a hospital setting.
- Experience as a staff member in Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health (IHOH) and Emergency Response Training (ERT) within Power Plant (PLTU), Smelter, Construction, or EPC Contractor environments.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively escalate field issues.
- Willing to be placed at the Jobsite in Bulungan, North Kalimantan, under a roster system.
