• Assist the Shipping Foreman in supervising jetty crews and cargo handling activities.

 • Ensure that all handling equipment is operated safely and efficiently.

 • Report on daily operational issues and escalate incidents to supervisors.

 • Support in team shift arrangements, attendance tracking, and equipment readiness checks.

 • Diploma in Port & Shipping, Marine Operations, or a technical field.

 • Fresh Graduate up to 2 years of experience in port/jetty operations or stevedoring activities.

 • Strong understanding of safety procedures and operational discipline.

 • Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis.
