Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Logistic Plan aligned with project budgets and schedules
- Oversee end-to-end inventory activities: receiving, handling, storing, picking, and distribution
- Manage tender processes for Forwarders, PPJK, and Local Transporters
- Design optimal cargo consolidation systems for efficient delivery
- Expedite shipping documents and coordinate with Importation/Customs Clearance teams
- Implement fuel management systems for daily operations
- Minimize losses from damage, dead freight, and demurrage
- Build effective warehouse systems to support construction activities
- Establish and maintain delivery time standards
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in logistics/supply chain with EPC construction projects
- Proven expertise in transportation, customs clearance, and inventory management
- Strong knowledge of logistics planning, cargo consolidation, and warehouse systems
- Experience with tender preparation and vendor management
- Proficiency in SAP
- Willing to work on roster basis at North Kalimantan site
