Job Responsibilities
- Arrange, prepare, and organize the BoD`s schedules and activities to ensure the agendas run smoothly
- Arrange travel schedules and prepare its supporting details that includes accommodation, tickets, land arrangement, etc to ensure BoD’s travel are carried out efficiently
- Maintain the confidentiality of documentation and information related to all activities of BoD
- Manage company letters, documents, and invoices in accordance with applicable procedures that require BoD approval, and ensure that all correspondence is kept up to date
- Manage the filing of BoD meeting minutes to ensure the files are easily access and updated
- Prepare letters, memo, and minutes related to the BoD that are addressed to internal and external parties to ensure that information is clearly understood by all relevant parties.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any major, preferably in Secretarial
- Minimum 3 years experience as Secretary (experience as Secretary to BoD is preferable)
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to collaborate in a team and work precisely with attention to detail
- Good command in English both verbal and written
