Job Responsibilities

  • Arrange, prepare, and organize the BoD`s schedules and activities to ensure the agendas run smoothly
  • Arrange travel schedules and prepare its supporting details that includes accommodation, tickets, land arrangement, etc to ensure BoD’s travel are carried out efficiently
  • Maintain the confidentiality of documentation and information related to all activities of BoD
  • Manage company letters, documents, and invoices in accordance with applicable procedures that require BoD approval, and ensure that all correspondence is kept up to date
  • Manage the filing of BoD meeting minutes to ensure the files are easily access and updated
  • Prepare letters, memo, and minutes related to the BoD that are addressed to internal and external parties to ensure that information is clearly understood by all relevant parties.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any major, preferably in Secretarial
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Secretary (experience as Secretary to BoD is preferable)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to collaborate in a team and work precisely with attention to detail
  • Good command in English both verbal and written
