Job Responsibilities

  • Checking invoices in accordance with BDV checklist
  • Checking and complete expense report, including BDV input to the system 
  • Ensure the GRN (Good Receipt Notes) has been carried out properly prior to PO posting into the system 
  • Filling and scan documents related Finance, Accounting & Tax in accordance with standards
  • Responsible for other administrative matters  

Job Requirements

  • Diploma Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting area
  • Detail oriented, discipline, responsible, able to work individually or as part of the team 
  • Good time management, honest, detail oriented, strong analytical skill, and sense of urgency 
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting system and computer  
  • Willing to be hired on contractual basis for 5 months
