Job Responsibilities
Responsible for executing contractual and strategic procurement activities for goods and services, and ensuring timely coordination of goods delivery in line with QCD principles: Quality (in terms of both quality and quantity), Cost (within approved budget), and Delivery (on schedule), to effectively support the company’s operational requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Procurement Staff
- Knowledge of spare parts, machinery, and project experience will be an advantage
- Strong competencies in procurement management, negotiation, expedition/logistics management, contract management, legal compliance, and basic understanding of tax regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to be placed at the job site in Bulungan, North Kalimantan
