Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and security of the facility, personnel, and critical infrastructure.
- Implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to the KHN project.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise security personnel, ensuring effective training, development, and performance management.
- Support emergency response plans, drills, and training exercises to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.
- Investigate security incidents, document findings, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Support regular security reports to senior management, outlining risks, incidents, and improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Security Management/ Law/ equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience as Security Officer
- Experience in handling Risk Assessment, Emergency Response Protocol, Security Management in construction project/ Hydropower project
- Good communication
- Willing to be placed in Malinau (North Kalimantan) with roster based
