Job Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports for PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk and its subsidiaries accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in consolidating financial reports from all AlamTri Group subsidiaries and conduct concise financial analyses.
- Perform detailed analyses of each account within the consolidated financial statements.
- Reconcile intercompany transactions between subsidiaries.
- Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements for PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk and make revisions as directed by superiors during the review process.
- Prepare audited financial statements and/or annual financial reports for AlamTri subsidiaries at year-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Compile and provide all necessary data to external auditors for semi-annual reviews and annual audits, while carrying out PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) administrative functions related to reporting, including: ensuring the reporting team’s database is consistently updated and accurate.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University, min GPA 3.00
- Have min 3-year experience as Reporting Staff, Consolidation Staff from Tbk company, and/or experience from Public Accounting Firm
- Have good knowledge of financial statement analysis, accounting control, financial reporting, and financial planning & budgeting
- Good English is a must
