Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee inventory, warehouse, procurement, purchasing, and material delivery operations to ensure business continuity. Drive enterprise procurement strategies, systems and talent development to achieve efficiency, cost optimization, and alignment with the company's long-term objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Engineering background is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience at Senior Manager / Division Head/ Executive level in Procurement, preferably within mining contractor, EPC, or related industries.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience in leading teams, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving strategic procurement initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
- Extensive experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Procurement Governance & Compliance, Supply Risk Management, and Supplier Evaluation & Relationship Management.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta.
