Job Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing (salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, BPJS, PPh 21) accurately and on time.
  • Manage compensation & benefits and ensure employee entitlements are paid according to company policy and labor regulations.
  • Administer employee services, including benefits, insurance, medical, travel, and expense claims.
  • Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and pension programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and HRIS, including attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Handle employee termination and final payment processes.
  • Coordinate periodic Medical Check-Ups (MCU).
  • Monitor working hours and employee attendance discipline.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and update management on regulatory changes.
  • Prepare and monitor section budget.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll and remuneration, ideally at Superintendent / Assistant Manager level
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration
  • Good understanding of HR processes, including performance and recruitment support
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience with SAP or similar HR/payroll systems is an advantage
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta
