Job Responsibilities
- Analyze electrical equipment performance and identify reliability improvement opportunities.
- Develop engineering recommendations, maintenance standards, SOPs, and technical guidelines.
- Conduct technical reviews, inspections, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
- Support sites with troubleshooting, commissioning, testing, and engineering improvements.
- Perform condition monitoring and recommend predictive maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with company standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Have minimum 5 years experience in Electrical Engineering, preferably within the mining, heavy equipment, power generation, or industrial sectors.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance, equipment technical analysis, warranty & insurance and data maintenance management.
- Having exposure in BEV/HEV systems, high-voltage electrical systems, battery management systems, and EV charging infrastructure will be advantage.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta and travel frequently to operational sites
