Job Responsibilities
Design, control, and evaluate training and development programs for production supervisors and operations personnel using a data-driven and competency-based approach. This includes conducting training needs analysis, developing structured competency frameworks, and assessing training effectiveness to ensure alignment with competency standards, HR development strategies, and overall company performance objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for Mining Engineering graduates, preferably in mining operations, production, training & development, or related operational roles.
- Candidates from other relevant backgrounds are also welcome, preferably with 3–5 years of relevant experience in mining, mining contractors, or heavy industry.
- Passionate about developing people and supporting employee growth through structured learning and development programs.
- Experience in designing, delivering, or facilitating structured training programs is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel occasionally as required.
